Unlike many alternatives available, Shana Naan is tandoor flame baked using a traditional recipe with only the finest ingredients. Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the naan. Grill : Sprinkle the frozen naan with water and place under a preheated grill on medium heat.
