INGREDIENTS

  • Shana Punjabi Samosas
  • Chana Masala
  • Yogurt
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Red onions (chopped)
  • Sev
  • Coriander (chopped)

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Cook Shana Punjabi Samosas until golden brown.
  2. Gently break up the samosas.
  3. Add a layer of Chana masala on top of the samosas.
  4. Pour a layer of yogurt.
  5. Drizzle some tamarind chutney and green chutney over the chaat.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped red onions.
  7. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander.
